Shipping policy

We will fulfill your order within 1-5 business days of receipt, unless it's a custom order.
With custom orders, a timeline will be given once order is confirmed and shipping will vary.
Local delivery will be done either by us directly or through our partners at Gopher-It Deliveries and encompasses the general Ottawa area.
If shipping through a different carrier, you will be given all information including tracking. We cannot be held responsible for delays due to carrier issues, but will do all in our power to ensure prompt service.
