Refund policy

Wood is naturally imperfect, including voids and knots.  We enhance these in order to preserve the character of our pieces.  We may accept returns if the 'flaw' makes the item unusable, under the following conditions.  
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
  • Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Contact must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order, to request a return. Please provide photos of issue in order to expedite the process. We will reply within 24 hours.
  • Returns can only be exchanged for store credit
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
